Soybean oil
The colors of soybean crude oil are different from their seed coats and varieties. Such as light yellow, light green, and puce. Refined soybean oil is canary yellow. The crude soybean oil is beany, but the smell will be removed by refining. The total amount of fatty acid in soybean oil is 94.96%. There is a large number of linoleic acid in soybean oil; it is necessary fatty acid for human body. It can lower serum cholesterol content, prevent cardiovascular disease. Lots of Vitamin E, Vitamin D, and lecithin in soybean oil, too. They are all beneficial to human health. Otherwise, the digestibility of soybean oil is as high as 98%.
The basis of soybean oil is saturated fatty acid and unsaturated fatty acid, phospholipid, sterol, stigmasterol, campesterol, campesterol, and squalene and so on.
The most important is there is soybean isoflavone in soybean oil; it is similar with estrogen, so it can improve skin moisture and elasticity, remit climacteric syndrome and improve osteoporosis. It is also helpful to prevent cancer.

Soybean oil could be divided into many kinds of classification, it could be divided into pressing soybean oil, and solvent extraction soybean oil by processing method; genetically modified organism soybean oil and crude soybean oil by species.

Solvent extraction method is soaking raw material into solvent oil (6# light petrol) adequately, and then extract oil at high temperature. It should go through 6 procedures; they are degreasing, degumming, dehydration, decoloration, deodorization, deacidification. This method has high oil yield, and low production cost
