Peanut oil is healthy oil. It is light yellow and lucid, color clear, and tastes good; it is a kind of digestible cooking oil. It is good to people’s health. There is more than 80% unsaturated fatty acid (oleic acid 41.2%, and linoleic acid 37.6%) in peanut oil. Otherwise, there is 19.9% saturated fatty acid, such as palmitic acid, stearic acid, and arachidic acid. As research confirmed, it is helpful to decompose cholesterol into bile acid so that for discharging them out of body by taking peanut oil frequently and lower the amount of cholesterol in blood. There is sterol, wheat germ phenol, phospholipid, vitamin E and choline etc. beneficial substance in peanut oil. Take peanut oil frequently can prevent skin cracks maturing and thrombosis, protect vascular wall, prevent and cure arteriosclerosis and coronary heart disease. The choline in peanut oil can improve people’s memory, delaying brain function decline.
Upon the research confirmed, the zinc in peanut oil is many times larger than salad oil, corn oil, colza oil and soybean oil. There is anti-aging element in peanut oil; it also can delay brain function decay. Peanut oil is helpful to strengthen spleen, moisten lung, and dissolve retention of food. The peanut oil produced by Doing’s machine is real pure oil, didn’t have impurity, it is health to body.
Observe color.
Peanut oil could be divided into two kinds: raw press and cooked press.
The color of raw press is light orange yellow, and the cooked press is dark orange
yellow, they are both clear and transparent. Real pure peanut oil will freeze at 3℃,
and the adulterate peanut oil will freeze at 10℃.
2. Smell odor.
Drop a little peanut oil on palm, rub hand with fingers to warm, then blow your
hand, the real pure peanut oil possess inherent smell of Peanut oil, no
objectionable odor.
