In December 2025, one set of 15TPD batch tire pyrolysis machine and one set of 1TPD pyrolysis oil distillation machine—independently researched, developed and manufactured by Henan DOING, a professional waste recycling machine manufacturer—were carefully packed by the company’s workers and officially dispatched to Mexico. This shipped machine combination covers the entire workflow from waste tire pyrolysis plant, and then to pyrolysis oil purification, featuring complete configurations and practical functions. The detailed shipment list is as follows:

1. 15TPD batch tire pyrolysis reactor: Equipped with a cold air system and a rear slag discharge structure. The rear slag discharge uses a spiral sealed auger, which is more eco-friendly and secure. It creates a material-sealed environment during the slag discharge process, preventing dust contamination and oil-gas leakage, while also ensuring better quality of the produced carbon black.

2. Automatic feeding machine: Enables automatic and continuous feeding, reducing the intensity of manual operations. It enhances production efficiency while ensuring the safety of on-site operations.

3. Negative pressure device: Maintains negative pressure operation inside the reactor, effectively preventing the leakage of flammable and harmful gases and further boosting operational safety.

4. Packing auger: Used for the automatic packaging of solid residues (such as carbon black) generated after the pyrolysis process. It simplifies post-processing procedures and improves work efficiency.

5. Tail gas deodorization device: Effectively eliminates odors from the exhaust gases produced during pyrolysis, reducing air pollution and meeting Mexico’s environmental protection regulations.

6. Desulfurization tower: Removes sulfur-containing gases generated in the production process, avoiding air pollution and complying with relevant Mexican environmental emission standards.

7. Heavy oil burner: Utilizes heavy oil produced during the pyrolysis process as fuel, realizing energy recycling, cutting down fuel costs, and conforming to the circular economy concept.

8. 1TPD new-type pyrolysis oil distillation machine: Adopts advanced new patented distillation plant to refine crude pyrolysis oil into high-quality fuel oil. This improves the quality and added value of pyrolysis oil, and expands its application scope in the Mexican market—it can be used for heavy machinery, including trucks, ships, tractors, and diesel generators.
