1) Feeding: Feeding waste tires into pyrolysis reactor. Generally, different types of tyre pyrolysis plant have different requirements on the feeding tires states. For batch type equipment, we can feed the whole tires directly. for continuous type equipment, we need to process tires to rubber powder.
2) Pyrolysis: In this process, temperature in the reactor gradually increases. When the temperature gets about 160℃, the pyrolysis process begins and oil gas will come out. Then we can control it to the temperature of 280-320℃ to ensure the full pyrolysis of tires;

3) Oil gas cooling: The generated oil gas goes through the cooling system, and we can get the tire pyrolysis oil.
4) Final products discharging: For this part, if you uses the batch type tyre pyrolysis plant, we need to cool the pyrolysis reactor to about 70℃ before discharging(There are 8 tuyeres with a diameter of 2500mm, the four above are the air outlet, connected with a 15KW draft fan, the four below are the air intake,The air is wrapped with hot gas at 360 degrees, and the hot gas is taken out, so that the reactor is quickly cooled.) 5) Exhaust gas purifying: During the pyrolysis process, the uncondensable gas will be purified with the exhaust gas cleaning system and emit.
