4 Sets of 15TPD Oil Sludge Disposal Pyrolysis Machines Installed in Colombia

On October 23, 2023, Henan Doing Company achieved a significant milestone by successfully installing and passing acceptance inspection for four sets of 15tpd oil sludge disposal pyrolysis machines in Colombia. These custom-made machines, constructed from high-quality 304 stainless steel, incorporate innovative designs to effectively address customer concerns regarding coking and wall sticking issues.

Our Colombian customer is actively involved in the waste oil recycling industry and has a stable supply of oil sludge. In collaboration with Henan Doing, they sought new technologies to overcome the challenges of coking and wall sticking associated with disposal pyrolysis machines. During the pyrolysis process, waste oil sludge can lead to coking, which necessitates regular cleaning to ensure optimal heating efficiency and production capacity. This task is both time-consuming and labor-intensive.

In May 2023, our Colombian customers visited our factory, where our sales manager and engineer provided detailed explanations and demonstrations of our newly developed decoking process. The decoker, integrated into the main furnace of the oil sludge disposal pyrolysis machine, effectively prevents coking and removes existing coke deposits. Additionally, we recommended the use of 304 stainless steel for the inner liner of the main disposal pyrolysis machine reactor. This material offers superior acid and corrosion resistance, resulting in extended equipment lifespan. Oil Sludge Disposal Pyrolysis Machine Delivery and Installation:

To facilitate the delivery and installation process for our Colombian customers, DOING Company organized the shipment of the oil sludge disposal pyrolysis machines in batches. The first two sets were loaded and shipped at the end of July 2023 from Qingdao Port in Shandong Province. Subsequently, they were transported to Colombia. The remaining two sets of pyrolysis equipment were shipped one month later.

Upon receipt of the machinery, our team of engineers promptly visited the customer's site to provide assistance with installation and operational training.
