This video displays the real project site of DOING waste tyre to diesel machine in South Africa. This project consists of two machines: 15TPD waste tyre pyrolysis machine and 14TPD pyrolysis oil to diesel distillation plant, which can help our South African customer make full use of local waste tyre resources.

During the recycling process, the South African customer can mainly obtain three kinds of fuel energy: fuel oil(tyre pyrolysis oil), carbon black and diesel oil, which both have wide applications and large markets:

Fuel oil: a kind of heavy oil, which can be used as energy fuel in cement plants, steel plants, glass plants, brick plants, heavy oil generators, boilers, etc.

Applications of obtained fuel oil and diesel oil

Carbon black: with a higher calorific value than the common coal fuel, can be briquetted into pellets as heating energy or refined to make new rubber products or as paints;

Diesel: a kind of non-standard diesel, can be used in tractors, ships, heavy machines, generators, etc.

1) Waste tyre pyrolysis machine

The waste tyre pyrolysis machine ordered by the South African customer can recycle the whole tires directly, and to enhance the work efficiency, we also equip the machine with the auto-feeder. And to ensure environmental protection, we also equip the machine with the tail-gas cleaning system and desulfurization tower, which can fully purify the generated exhaust gas to avoid air pollution.

2) Pyrolysis oil to diesel distillation plant

The distillation plant ordered adopts the latest solid catalyst technology, which is developed by DOING engineers. On the one hand, it can enhance work efficiency and provide convenience for customers who have difficulty in obtaining common acid and alkali catalysts; on the other hand, we can ensure higher safety during the work process.
