2. Heating: After the pyrolysis reactor is heated to a certain temperature, oil gas will be generated,then the oil gas goes through the three-step cooling system to be cooled down to oil and enters the oil tank.
3. Tail gas recycling: During the condensation process, part of the uncondensable but combustable gas can be recycled by industrial pressure vessel to heat the pyrolysis reactor after being treated by the tail gas cleaning and odor removal system;
4. Smoke treating: The smoke generated during the fuel combustion can be discharged after being treated by smoke cleaning system without causing secondary pollution to the environment.
5. Carbon black collecting: After the pyrolysis reaction, wait for the temperature of pyrolysis reactor to drop to 40 degrees, the carbon black in the pyrolysis reactor can be collected by the screw conveyor.
Workflow of continuous waste plastic pyrolysis plant
Through the entire pyrolysis process, waste plastics can be effectively converted into two useful resources : fuel oil and carbon black. Both of these end products can be used as fuel for combustion. In addition, the fuel oil can be further refined into diesel through waste oil distillation machine, and carbon black can be used with clay to make building bricks.
