Recycling plant oil-water separator

The new design oil water separator have a cooling cover that cool the gas so that it can decrease the temperature of the oil gas, then the oil gas could be more easily collected in next stage. The oil water separator is also a safety device, because inside the gas pipe is under water. So we say it is the first seal device of the whole plant, which can prevent the gas reflux to the reactor and avoid blast.

1. High pressure nozzle clean oil gas with recycling water.

2. The fist safety device, prevent gas reflux.

3. Separate heavy oil and water, make heavy oil flow into oil tank.
