Pyrolysisblack carbon is one of key products from waste tyre hot cracking, the production rate is about 35% of the weight of waste tires, tire change oil machine, scrap tire recycling machine, has many impurities and low structure,but it can produce high purity of commercial carbon black through the removalof oil and the purification of ash from the modification. The commercial carbon black mainly comes from oil products,  today, the scarcity of global resource sand environment pollution is serious, carbon black is produced from waste tyre pyrolysis instead of the high cost of raw materials oil, can not only solve environmental problems caused by the waste tires and realize the full use of renewable resources, but also ease the tensions of carbon black market and  savethe fossil resources.
