Introduction to the theory of pyrolysis technology which is used in waste tire, waste rubber and waste plastic pyrolysis oil plant

Maybe you have done or will do business about waste tire, waste rubber and waste plastic pyrolysis oil plant; the friends or strangers around you who had done the business, whether had trouble about pollution problems or not? About the theory of pyrolysis technology, how much did you know? Let me tell you something about the theory of pyrolysis technology which is used in waste tire, waste rubber and waste plastic pyrolysis oil plant now.

Pyrolysis technology which is used in waste tire, waste rubber and waste plastic pyrolysis oil plant is a thermochemical decomposition of waste tire, waste rubber and waste plastic, it is an environmental friendly technology, and it’s a method to break down the molecule of waste tire, waste rubber and waste plastic by heating or adding catalyst, and then get oil from them. According to different raw material, the temperature and pressure should be reached are different. For example, polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and polystyrene (PS) is almost decomposed completely between 300-400 ℃; while polyvinylchloride (PVC) is separated into two parts to decompose between 200-300 ℃ and 300-400 ℃. Since the different molecular structure of waste tire, waste rubber and waste plastic, the uses of pyrolysis technology process are different, too. There are 3 main products after these processes. They are refined oil, carbon black, and steel wire.

The pyrolysis technology is used not only in waste tire, waste rubber and waste plastic pyrolysis oil plant, but also in the chemical industry widespread, such as producing charcoal, activated carbon, methanol, and other chemicals from wood, transforming medium-weight hydrocarbons from oil into lighter ones, converting biomass to syngas. They are called as dry distillation, destructive distillation, or cracking at these times.
