 With the rapid development of the world plastic industry,the demand of various plastic is increasing day by day. And now the people facing a problem,that is how to recycle different types of plastic. Plastics are especially troublesome, as different types of plastic require different processing to be reformulated and re-used as raw material.

Easy Recycle Plastics
The easiest and most common plastics to recycle are made of polyethylene terephthalate (PETE) and are assigned the number 1. Examples include soda and water bottles, medicine containers, and many other common consumer product containers. Once it has been processed by a recycling facility, PETE can become fiberfill for winter coats, sleeping bags and life jackets. It can also be used to make bean bags, rope, car bumpers, tennis ball felt, combs, cassette tapes, sails for boats, furniture and, of course, other plastic bottles.
 

Polyethylene glycol terephthalate(PETE)


Number 2 is reserved for high-density polyethylene plastics. These include heavier containers that hold laundry detergents and bleaches as well as milk, shampoo and motor oil. Plastic labeled with the number 2 is often recycled into toys, piping, plastic lumber and rope. Like plastic designated number 1, it is widely accepted at recycling centers.

Less Commonly Recycled Plastics
Polyvinyl chloride, commonly used in plastic pipes, shower curtains, medical tubing, vinyl dashboards, and even some baby bottle nipples, gets number 3. Like numbers 4 (wrapping films, grocery and sandwich bags, and other containers made of low-density polyethylene) and 5 (polypropylene containers used in Tupperware, among other products), few municipal recycling centers will accept it due to its very low rate of recyclability.
Recycling -- Pyrolysis to Oil
 The most used way to deal with waste plastic is recycled to oil by a pyrolysis machine.This pyrolysis machine not only can process waste plastic, but also can process waste tires,waste rubber etc.
The main products from Incineration are carbon dioxide and water, and the main product from pyrolysis is combustible low molecular compound : gaseous hydrogen, methane , carbon monoxide ; liquid methanol , acetone , acetic acid, acetaldehyde and organic tars , solvent oil . Solid mainly are coke and carbon black.
Pyrolysis is the use of organic waste thermal instability distillation under anaerobic or anoxic conditions, so that organic produce pyrolysis form to a variety of new gases, liquids and solids by condensation, to derive fuel oil , fuel gas.The chemical structure of the pyrolysis yields depend on raw materials chemical construction,physique and pyrolysis temperature and speed. The organic molecules have sufficient time to decompose at the weak junction under a low temperature and slow speed of heating,andrecombined to thermal stability of solid , and will be difficult to further decompose,and solid yield increases. High temperature , high speed heating condition overall structure of organic molecules cleaved to generate a large area of low molecular weight organic compounds, to increase the gas composition .
For larger particle size of organic material, to achieve a uniform temperature distribution of heat will takes a long time, gas and liquid generated by pyrolysis will take a long transmission,this will occur during a plurality of secondary reactions. Different organic ingredients,the start of pyrolysis temperature is different.The reaction temperature ranges are different for different compositionproduced. In short, the essence of pyrolysis is heating organic molecules into smaller molecules so that precipitation, which includes a number of complex physical and chemical processes.
