How to design biodiesel plant?

There are two main ways to make biodiesel. One is physical way, the other one is chemical way.

The physical way will use mechanical way to change the viscosity and mobility of oil and then get the biodiesel. The biodiesel which is got by physical way is not good.

All of high temperature pyrolysis, transesterification and enzymatic reaction are belongs to chemical way. Transesterification is the most popular way to get biodiesel now. In the process of making biodiesel, there are different sections for each kind of oil. The catalyst in the process is also different for various crude oil.
