In June 2026, DOING Company announced a successful contract signing with a customer in Thailand. The agreement includes the supply of a 30TPD fully continuous tire pyrolysis plant and a 14TPD tire oil distillation plant.

DOING tire to diesel continuous pyrolysis plant and oil distillation plant
The customer, a local industrial operator in Bangkok, Thailand, already manages power plants. Facing Thailand's growing pressure from waste tire disposal and the nation's circular economy policies, the customer astutely recognized the significant potential of tire refining oil as a new investment opportunity. This strategic move aims to diversify their business and open new profit streams.
This significant procurement decision was not made impulsively. It followed a meticulous three-year evaluation period. As early as May 2023, the customer's team first visited DOING Company to assess our factory's scale and technical capabilities. Throughout this period, their primary focus remained on "equipment quality," "core technology," and "supplier professionalism."

The true turning point that solidified the partnership occurred in May 2026. DOING Company invited the Thai customer to visit a well-established, continuously operating fully continuous pyrolysis plant project at one of our existing client sites. Witnessing firsthand the equipment's continuous feeding, efficient fuel oil production, and excellent environmental emission performance completely dispelled any remaining doubts. The customer expressed strong approval of DOING's fully continuous pyrolysis plant on the spot, and the contract was officially signed in June 2026.
The 30TPD fully continuous pyrolysis plant ordered by the Thai customer is designed for uninterrupted feeding, slag discharge, and oil output. It efficiently converts waste tires into pyrolysis oil and carbon black through a highly automated process. Compared to conventional equipment, the fully continuous technology offers significant advantages in energy consumption, labor costs, and overall operational efficiency. This translates to higher economic returns and lower risks for the customer's long-term operations, aligning with his expectations for high efficiency and cost-effective investment.

Applications of pyrolysis oil from tire pyrolysis
While the market price for raw pyrolysis oil has limitations, the accompanying 14TPD tire oil distillation plant is the crucial component for maximizing the value of the pyrolysis oil. This equipment utilizes distillation and catalytic technology to further refine the dark brown pyrolysis oil into a light yellow, high cetane non-standard diesel fuel. This diesel can be used in heavy-duty trucks, ships, or diesel generators, commanding a much higher market price and demand than the initial fuel oil.

The uses of diesel obtained from tire oil distillation
This combined pyrolysis and distillation system purchased by the customer establishes a complete "waste to energy to revenue" industrial chain. On one hand, it helps alleviate environmental issues caused by accumulating waste tires. On the other hand, with DOING's equipment's high conversion rates and low failure rates, the customer anticipates a relatively short investment payback period. For a customer already operating power plants, this means securing a continuous, stable supply of fuel oil to support their generator sets or for direct sale as commercial fuel, significantly enhancing asset utilization efficiency and investment return cycles.
Currently, the 30TPD fully continuous pyrolysis plant and the 14TPD tire oil distillation plant are scheduled for production at DOING Company's manufacturing facility. We eagerly anticipate their timely delivery to the customer's project site for production commencement.
