The first step: Produce pyrolysis oil.

Waste tires and plastic can be cracked into pyrolysis oil by waste tire plastic pyrolysis plants. At a certain high temperature, the waste tire and plastic is cracked into oil gas and then cooled to oil through the cooling system, and then collected into a storage tank.

The pyrolysis oil is a kind of very good heating fuel, with 10592.48Kcal/kg heating value. It has a good market in different countries. The pyrolysis fuel oil is widely used in boiler factories, cement factories, steel factories, brick factories, glass factories, heavy oil power plants, warm supply centers and so on.

The second step: Produce diesel.

Put the pyrolysis oil to the waste oil distillation machine and heat the reactor to a certain temperature, then the oil gas will come out; after going through the cooling system and catalyst system, we can produce diesel from pyrolysis oil with the waste oil distillation machine.

Applications of obtained diesel

Though the obtained diesel is non-standard diesel, which has good quality and bright color. It can be used in some engines, ships, trucks, power plants and machinery vehicles, etc.
