As a polymer organic compound, waste tyres are broken down into small molecules when heated in an anaerobic environment. After cooling, these small molecules recombine to form liquid hydrocarbons - tyre pyrolysis oil. To convert waste tyre to pyrolysis oil with waste tyre pyrolysis plant, we can realize 100% recycling of waste tyre environmentally friendly. The following is a detailed introduction about the process of pyrolysis for tyre recycling:
1. Pyrolyzing: Put the waste tyre into the pyrolysis reactor, and heat the waste tyre pyrolysis plant. When it is heated to the temperature of 200~380℃, the waste tyre will be cracked to generate oil gas.
2. Cooling: The oil gases are cooled into oil through the multi-stage cooling system. After going through the cooling system of the waste tyre pyrolysis plant, almost all the oil gas will be recovered, and we can recycle tyre into tyre pyrolysis oil.
3. Waste gases purification: In addition to the oil gas, there are also some uncondensable gases when recycling waste tyre into oil. The uncondensable gases are usually recycled for heating the reactors of waste tyre pyrolysis plant or other heating purposes. The exhaust gas produced by the waste tyre pyrolysis plant will be treated by the dedusting and deodorization system, which will not cause pollution to the environment.
4. Collecting the final products: after collecting all oil gases in the waste tyre pyrolysis plant, we need to cool down the waste tyre processing machine. Then we can collect the tyre pyrolysis oil from the oil tank and discharge the carbon black and steel wires from the waste tyre pyrolysis plant, which all have various uses.
