Do we need tire crushing equipment to pre-process the used tires prior through the pyrolysis plant?

DOING pyrolysis plant can recycle used tires to get fuel oil, carbon black, steel wire, etc. Normally, we don't need a tire crushing machine to pre-process the used tires prior through the pyrolysis plant during the tire to oil production process, unless the used tires diameter is bigger than 1400mm or the pyrolysis plant pyrolysis plant is the continuous used tire pyrolysis plant.

Normally, if your used tire diameter is under 1400 mm, you could feed the whole used tires into the pyrolysis plant directly, you don’t need to cut the used tires. Our pyrolysis reactor feed-door is 1400mm, so it is ok to put whole used tires in the pyrolysis reactor. That means common tires are all ok, but if you want to recycle OTR tires, you need to firstly cut the used tires to get pieces then feed the tires pieces raw materials.

If you adopt the fully continuous pyrolysis plant to process the used tires into fuel oil, then it's necessary to use the tire crushing equipment to pre-process the used tires prior through the pyrolysis plant. And it's advised to pr-process the used tires into small pieces or even rubber powder. Then you don't need to stop the fully continuous pyrolysis plant to get the steel wire out, and this can help you obtain higher profits.
