In order to let our customers more intuitively see the palm oil processing machines and understand the palm oil production process, the Boss Mr. Zheng of DOING decided to install a set of 5tph palm oil processing machines in DOING Factory as model machine. The machines needed began to be manufactured last year, and now this set of 5tph palm oil processing machines are installing in DOING Factory.

Because the installation is going on, in this picture, it only consists the scraper conveyor, sterilizer and thresher. There are else digester, oil presser, vibrating screen and oil filter, which are needed installing.
This set of 5tph palm oil processing machines are called small scale palm oil production line by DOING engineers. It is designed based on the Malaysian large scale palm oil production line, also including sterilizing section, threshing section, digesting and pressing section, crude oil clarification section, and crude oil filtration section. And it can be customized into 1tph, 2tph, 3tph, 5tph, 7tph input capacity small scale palm oil production line.
