If we want to ensure the sustainable development of the plastic industry, we should set up a joint national action plan between the plastic producers, processors and retailers and recovery factory. For example, manufacturers should keep the good image of plastic, and processors should improve product quality plastic, retailers should strengthen the customer''s connection through the plastic bags to exchange program, recycling business should recycle, by improving responsibility for using the plastic bags so as to improve the industry image, and then achieve win-win. In addition, different varieties of waste plastics may be recycled differently, some can be sent to the factory to processing, some can be used as compost, some can be used to convert into energy, some can do biolysis and so on.
