The cooking oil machine department manager Ms. Sophia went to Africa for investigation

In July, 2nd, 2018, our cooking oil machine department manager Ms. Sophia and her team went to Tanzania to take part in the 42nd Dar Es Salaam International Trade Fair(DITF), then started the traveling in several African countries for investigation.

They visited a 20tpd palm oil mill plant built by a Malaysian businessman. The overall layout of this palm oil mill plant is very good and the environment is beautiful. And the production process of this palm oil mill plant is a standard big scale factory process.

An island of Uganda grows more than 1100 hectares palm trees, an palm fruit bunch weight of which is up to 70kg. What’s more, the pulp of palm fruit is large and the pit is small, so the oil yield is more than other kinds of palm fruit.

But local people use very simple equipment to make palm oil. They just use tool to stir palm fruit and at last lots of oil still leave in the palm fruit.
