In 26th May,2012,Handeqian, former Vice Minister of Ministry of science and technology,and also president of technology Market Association,and Maobingquan who is an academician of Academy of Engineering ,and other departments of the leaders they are the national development and Reform Commission, Ministry of science and technology, Ministry of industry and information technology, the environmental protection department,all attended the conference.

Lizeng,who is deputy director of the division of the Ministry of science and technology of rural science and technology,thought the project on "waste plastic transforms into storage strategy of energy -solid,liquid,gas" can turn“waste” into wealth and benefiting mankind.
