Senegal customer buy waste tyre cutting machine

Tyre cutting machine is the important step before tire pyrolysis and recycling.tire cutting machine is applied to cut the whole tire with diameter more than 1200mm into appropriate blocks.

We have delivered the waste tyre cutting machine including tire ring cutter, hydraulic tyre cutter, tyre steel wire draw and tire shredder for our customer from Senegal. Our customer visited us in December 2016 and placed order for the tyre cutting machines with us in early March 2017 after China Lunar New Year Festival.

Within one month, we get all the tyre cutting machine ready and arranged the machine loading in our factory. The purpose of our customer purchasing the tyre cutting machine is to remove the steel wire out of waste tyre and shred tyre into rubber crumbs before feeding them for pyrolysis, thus he can not only get fresh steel wire but can also reduce the tyre pyrolysis time.

The above four tyre cutting machines can work together to make a rubber crumb production line, which can be used as auxiliary devices of our continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant and waste tyre recycling to rubber powder plant.
