There are a large number of electronic components on waste circuit boards, some directly discarded components will bring pollution to our environment, and some components can be reused. Thus for the recycling of PCB,it's necessary to separate all kinds of electronic components from the substrate, and dismantle electronic components accordingly.

The electronic components are connected to the circuit board in the form o soldering .
To disassemble the electronic components, need to do the solder melting, which is the sealing-off treatment.

The PCB dismantling machine is a kind of supporting equipment of PCB recycling line, which is mainly used to dismantle the electronic component from PCB of computer, TV set, and other electrical application facility.
Compared with manual way, this dismantling equipment is automatical operation, high efficient, lowcost, small covering area, easy operation, and no dust pollution.
The PCB after dismantling, the left base board can be directly separated by the PCB recycling line to metals mixture and non-metal materials.
