The continuous automatic waste tyre recycling to oil plant production line designed by DOING Company is a significant improvement over existing batch tyre pyrolysis plants both domestically and internationally. Compared to batch tyre to fuel oil pyrolysis plants, this pyrolysis production line fully realizes automatic operation, more effiently recycling and converting waste tires into valuable energy resources.
Continuous automatic waste tyre recycling to oil plant production line
DOING Brand continuous automatic waste tyre recycling to oil plant production line can pyrolyze waste tires and waste rubber powder, resulting in fuel oil, syn-gas and carbon black without pollution. If the raw material is waste tires, it can also produce steel wires. These products are widely used in various boilers, furnaces, bathing centers, power plants, engines, and the chemical sector, making them easy to sell directly. The daily processing capacity of our continuous automatic waste tyre recycling to oil plant production line is as high as 15-50+ton per set.
1. Why did Henan Doing Company develop continuous automatic waste tyre recycling to oil plant production line?
With the increasing number of vehicles due to improving living standards, more and more waste tires are generated every day. Waste tires, as solid waste, not only occupy land but also cause pollution to the environment. Therefore, finding ways to dispose of waste tires is becoming increasingly necessary.
Waste tyre recycling to oil pyrolysis plant production line
Pyrolysis offers an efficient and eco-friendly recycling way for waste rubber tyres management rather than landfill or burning. And it can bring great profits to investors. And more and more customers have higher requirements for pyrolysis capacity, automation degree and environmental protection degree. This is why we developed the continuous automatic waste tyre recycling to oil plant production line.
However, initially, the waste tyre recycling to oil pyrolysis plant production line was a batch type, which had relative low automation and relied mainly on labor for operation. This batch type pyrolysis machine needed to be stopped after each process to discharge residues (carbon black and steel wire) and feed tires again. One complete process took about 12-20 hours, almost an entire day. Additionally, this batch-type machine couldn't process large quantities of feedstock. For safety reasons, it could only handle a maximum of 20 tons of tires per day per day. This capacity is sufficient for personal businesses, but it may not meet the demand of large-scale waste tire disposal companies or government projects. Therefore, in response to the increasing market demand and advancing technology, we developed a new design: the Continuous Automatic Waste Tyre Recycling to Oil Plant Production Line.

2. Working Process of Continuous Automatic Waste Tyre Recycling to Oil Plant Production Line
The continuous tyre to fuel oil pyrolysis process is as the following video shows, including the pre-treatment of waste tyres(steel wire drawing and tyre shredding), sealed feeding, continuous tyre pyrolysis, oil gas cooling, high temperature carbon black discharge, exhaust gas purification. The entire process of the fully continuous waste tire recycling to oil plant is carried out continuously 24h, with high production efficiency, high degree of automation and good environmental performance.
3. Final Products Applications of Continuous Tyre Pyrolysis Production Line
(1)Fuel oil (45% to 52%): The main application for the fuel oil produced by our continuous automatic waste tyre recycling to oil plant production line is in industrial and commercial settings. The tire pyrolysis oil (TDF tire derived fuel) extracted from waste tires after high-temperature cracking is a high calorific value regenerated fuel oil with a calorific value of up to 10,300 kcal. It is a good industrial heating fuel that can be used in power plants, glass factories, cement factories, and ceramic factories. You can also adopt the waste oil distillation plant to refine the tyre pyrolysis oil into diesel fuel for wider usages.

(2)Carbon black (30%): Carbon black is the main product recycled by the pyrolysis technology of the continuous automatic waste tyre to oil production line. Carbon black accounts for 30% to 35% of the total amount of recycled scrap plastics in the system. It can be used in electric cable jacketing, black nylon bags, and rubber additives.

(3)Oil gas (about 10%): Approximately 10% of pyrolytic gases are obtained during the pyrolysis process. The main component of these gases is methane (CH4), so they cannot be condensed and stored. We use these gases to heat the reactor, and any excess gases can be utilized for other heating applications.
(4)Steel wire (12% to 15%): The third product of the Continuous Automatic Waste Tyre Recycling to Oil Plant Production Line is steel wire. The quantity of steel wire is about 10% to 15% depending on the quality of the tires. It is easy to sell steel wire scraps in the local market.
